Pool Decks are a common problem area. There's never a shortage of water on the surface which seeps beneath the concrete and washes away the base, leaving you with voided or settled concrete.

This local business is just down the street from our Goodrich shop and we were happy to help them out by eliminating an annoying trip hazard they had been dealing with!

When the city manager of Brown City, MI reached out to us, he had a vision of restoring the downtown neighborhood sidewalks, making them safer for the residents to use again. We worked out an annual budget so that we could tackle a couple of streets each year and, over time, eliminate all the tripping hazards and low spots!

Rochester, MI is a thriving community with lots of different school buildings. Replacing the concrete at all of them would cost a lot and ultimately, take away from so many other projects. We are able to help cut their costs by more than half and preserve their concrete at multiple buildings including Rochester High.

Vision centers need to have safe walkways for their patients! The old sidewalk here was crumbling badly and causing all kinds of issues. Unfortunately it was beyond repair and needed replacement. Fortunately, we handle both restoration and replacement too.

Having a tripping hazard at the entrance of one the largest and busiest stores in America on the week of Thanksgiving? Not ideal! Luckily, we came out, leveled the section, and had it reopened and ready for use in less than 2 hours.
